Clusty PubMed
HubLog meldet: „Clusty performs clustered searches of PubMed results (similar to the ClusterMed service that Vivisimo also provides, which also only clusters the first 100 results if you’re not registerered). I’m still dubious of the value of this kind of limited keyword clustering (the results I’ve had from trial searches haven’t seemed particularly illuminating), but it might be worth a try occasionally. Here’s a link to the advance search form with the options pre-selected.“
Herold – Innere Medizin als e-Book
Wie openPR.de mitteilt, ist die selbsternannte „Bibel der Inneren Medizin“ (Herold – Innere Medizin) nun in der aktuellen Ausgabe 2005 auch als eBook bei beam-bibliothek erhältlich. Noch bis zum 2.11.2004 gilt ein Sonderpreis von 29,95 Euro, danach kostet das eBook 34.95.

Wurde kürzlich auf InfoPOEMs aufmerksam gemacht. Es gibt ja nicht allzuviel EBM-Quellen für den PDA (Clinical Evidence ist zu klein und UpToDate zu groß 😉 ). InfoPOEMs (Patient-Oriented Evidence that Matters) versteht sich als Konkurrenz zu UpToDate for Pocket PC und enthält:
