„We have been able to find loving homes for the some journals“

Die Bibliothek des Birmingham Medical Institute räumt auf. Die Begründung kennen wir alle:

Unfortunately, given financial restraints we are unable to keep our collection of bound journals as they use up too much space and given that nobody has used them for many years and that they are they are all computerised now there is no real justification for keeping them. Consequently, we are trying to dispose of a very significant collection and it is a shame to bin them. Most of our runs are 15-20 years (i.e. incomplete), but some are longer. We have been able to find loving homes for the some journals (BMJ, Lancet, psychiatric related journals), but others are close to being put in the skip.
